We are currently seeking an Long Term Intern  to work on thefront end of our products using technologies such as Python, Flask, and Dash for ourData Analytics & Modelling team.

Knowledge of Flask is a preferred qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS

•         3rd or 4th year students in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or Economics,
•         Proficient in Python, Flask, and Dash,
•         Knowledge of CSS and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces,
•         Using SQL for acquiring and transforming data,
•         Quantitative modelling and statistical analysis skills,
•         Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to business audiences,

RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Development of web-based applications using Python, Flask, and Dash.
•         Design and development of user interfaces,
•         Contribute to the design and development of automated forecasting systems,
•         Build customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and metrics which track forecast performance and explain variance,
•         Willing to follow the data science literature,
•         Improve upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources,  testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters,
