Our company A-Plas Genel Otomotiv Mamulleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., which provides services in the field of plastic injection, plastic paint and chrome plating in the automotive sector. A.Ş. We are looking for "CUSTOMER LOGISTICS CHIEF" colleagues to work in the Supply Chain Directorate department.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduate from engineering departments of universities, preferably industrial engineering
• Having the similar position in automotive industry at least 5 years,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Experience of using ERP softwares (SAP, IAS, IFS is a priority),
• Worked with OEM companies such as Stellantis, VAG, Ford,
• Quality-oriented and task-conscious ,
• Developed planning and reporting skills,
• Strong communication skills, able to work in coordination and has leadership and analytical thinking skills,
• Planning and organization skills,
• Open to change and development,
• Having a class B driver license
• No travel restrictions,
• For male candidates, no military obligation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing orders and shipments by the customer,
• Ensuring the flow of information between the customer and the company,
• Analyzing and reporting customers' orders on a weekly and monthly basis,
• Ensuring that customer working calendars are published internally on a weekly basis,
• Managing special requests of relevant customers, such as portal usage,
• Being in a communication with the team working on the planning and material supply departments,
• Managing and optimizing shipping, warehousing and stock control processes,
• Ensuring layout and effective use of space in warehouses,
• Creating internal policies or procedures for logistics activities,
• Working on improving shipping processes,
• Managing daily shipment plans of company vehicles with teams,
• Having knowledge about IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 (QMS) and to carry out activities to fulfill the system requirements,
• Managing the orders, warehousing and shipments of plants in 3 different locations.
